    All payments must be made in full prior to receiving access to services. We accept credit/debit cards and prepaid gift cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method and understand our no-refund policy.

    You agree to conduct yourself professionally during coaching sessions. Harassment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services will result in termination without refund.

  7. Chargebacks and Disputes
    Initiating a chargeback after using our services is considered fraud. We maintain records of usage, including IP addresses, access logs, and session attendance. We will dispute all chargebacks with full evidence of service delivery.
